Where are you located?
Workspace is located in the heart of Oak Mountain. We are in Pelham just off I-65, Hwy 119 and Hwy 31 – a convenient location for residents of Pelham, Hoover, Alabaster, Helena and the surrounding areas.
Our address is 201 Cahaba Valley Pkwy, Pelham, AL 35124. We are located behind the Walmart in Pelham.
What are your hours of operation?
Hours will vary, but our standard operating hours are Monday – Friday from 8am to 5pm. During these hours we have staff available to answer questions and provide support. Coworking Day Passes are available only during standard operating hours. 24/7 access to the space is available to Workspace monthly members, including those with after hours membership, dedicated desks, team offices, and private offices. If you are not a current member, appointments are recommended to access the space.
Can I take a tour?
We encourage all potential new members to schedule an appointment for a tour! We don’t always have a host on site, so the best way to visit the space and learn more is to schedule a tour by appointment. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What membership options do you have?
Workspace has flexible options to suit your professional needs including day passes, weekly, and monthly memberships. Our flexible options allow you to work your way whether you are looking for a transitional, short-term space or the stability of a traditional office environment. Visit our Spaces page to learn more.
Can I use the space if I am not a member?
Yes. We offer day passes, guest passes, and meeting room rentals by the hour. Payment will be collected upon arrival. Please reserve your space in advance.
What types of workspaces do you offer?
The best way to see and learn about our spaces is to schedule a tour. You can also see pictures and descriptions of our Spaces online. Our spaces include Coworking in the Common Area and Courtyard, Reserved Desks, Private and Team Offices, a versatile Meeting Room, a Conference Room, and the ability to reserve the space after hours to host Private Events.
What workspaces are currently available?

What is included in a Conference Room or Meeting Room?
Both members and nonmembers can reserve one of these versatile spaces on an hourly or daily basis during standard business hours.
All scheduled meeting room reservations allow members and nonmembers to attend. Any nonmember will be given access to the space for the duration of the meeting. Members will not have to purchase guest passes for meeting attendees.
All meeting rooms are equipped with enterprise technology for presentations and audio/video conferencing, including HD LED Smart Displays, HDMI compatibility, and wifi.
What is your COVID-19 Safety Protocol?
COVID-19 Safety is a top priority as we open! Workspace is committed to the health and safety of every member of our community, and we are taking measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by following the recommended protocols of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as the Alabama Department of Public Health.
Workspace members and guests will be asked to sign a COVID-19 Safety Protocol Acknowledgement. All people entering the building will complete a health screening questionnaire with a required temperature scan at a tablet upon entry. Members and guests are asked to wear a mask and/or maintain social distancing of six feet or more.
Workspace is committed to good hygiene, and ample hand sanitizing supplies and disinfectant wipes are available throughout the building. The entire building will be professionally cleaned regularly.
